Tariq works closely with CIOs of Fortune - 500 companies to realize re-invention of business using AI. He has cofounded GenAI product startups to lead transformation of Healthcare-Lifesciences and Insurance industry from the front.

He has a track record of leading AI transformations, starting from liaison with client’s Business SMEs, identifying the business process areas where AI can find pockets of opportunity, and eventually "money mapping", and ROI analysis based on economics of operational productivity and costing of suboptimal decisions.

Tariq is a hands-on technology practitioner and inventor of AI Models in Healthcare and Insurance Industry. He amplifies his AI projects’ impact by evaluating business processes using academic rigor in all disciplines of algorithms and decision science like Deep ML, Statistics, GEO-spatial and Graph methods, Operations Research, Econometrics and Game theory.

He provides consultancy in Clinical Data transformation, use of AI in Wearable Sensors/Digital Biomarkers and Digital Therapeutics Design, and training domain specific LLMs in Healthcare and Finance. Some of his inventions are focused on Pharmacovigilance AI automation and GPT based EHR and Real-world data processing, Forecasting and optimization for supply chain and Retail Category Planning through AI. He is also involved in executive coaching around Responsible AI transformation of enterprise and employee upskilling in the age of AI.

Tariq has a Bachelor’s in Computer Science as well as a Master’s in Machine Learning from National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, Islamabad.
