Ali has over 26 years of international experience spanning across the USA, UK, Australia, and MENA region, working in Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Development, Operations and M&A. He is a seasoned executive with a diverse background across multiple industries, including Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Telecoms.

He joined Engro Fertilizers in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer and in 2023 was appointed the Chief Executive Officer based on his strong strategic and business acumen.

Ali is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He is also a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
