Andrew has been with Marsh since 1988 and has held a variety of leadership roles. From 2004 to 2008 he was based in Dubai and lead the Middle East and North Africa region for Marsh Energy, at which time the operations in Pakistan were also started in which Andrew played an instrumentl role.

In 2012, he became global chairman of Marsh’s Energy Practice.

He is a member of Marsh’s UKA Audit Committee and is a company-appointed trustee of the MMC UK Pensions Fund.
